Absolutely working in 3ds max 2018, 2019 so far
Phoenix FD Won’t Work with this Version, weather uninstall Phoenix FD or leave it it’s not going work anyway
Remove phoenixfd.dlr C:\Program Files\Autodesk\3ds Max 2018\plugins\vrayplugins
Remove phoenixfd.dlr C:\Program Files\Autodesk\3ds Max 2019\plugins\vrayplugins
other vise you will get the error the phoenixfd.dlr…….. every time you open 3ds max
Uninstall previous version of VRAY completely, if uninstaller fail to do so try to remove manually as indicated in uninstaller window
From the Patch Folder (same Patch for Both Version)

copy
vray_v41002_fix.dlr to the 3dsMax\plugins
copy
vray_v41002_max_fix.dll to the C:\Program Files\Chaos Group\V-Ray\3dsmax 201x\bin\plugins
